A Sunday day out....

Throwing rocks into the river.

In a tree!

Throwing more rocks into the river.

Choo choo.....Rabbit ears.....on the train

Chilling on the train.......

Watching the people....

Playing with dad....

THe train!

Going to grandma's house!

I don't get the allure.....the allure that calls males to the locomotive that are known as trains. I have two males in my home that are enthralled with trains. I have witnessed them playing with a 40 piece track, 3 engines and about 6 freight trains for 2 hours. TWO HOURS!!!!!! The thing goes around in a circle....round and round and round....I don't get it...but they LOVE it! His Thomas Trains turn into "snack trains", where food is placed in the freight trains and picked out to eat as they pass by. It turns lunch time into fun time....according to hubby...lol...

The boy pretends he's a driver (sorry, I don't know what they're called!) and the trains have races, and wrecks....oh the wrecks.....lmao.....they jump out of their seats to fix the train wrecks, the whole time laughing at the collision.....oh my boys, and their trains..... at least it frees me up to do what I need to do!!!!

Phantom of the Opera

I love these guys....they are my 6 and 3 year old nephews....and I love my sister laughing and snorting.....

Father's Day

Adrien and I took Daddy to Centre Island in Toronto for the day. We packed a picnic and headed out. It reminded me how much I hate the traffic there on weekends when events are happening... the line for the ferry went all the way back to Front Street......though the Hanlan Ferry was pretty empty. We had our picnic and watched the airplanes take off.....then we started walking.....and it was warm!!!!!! We were hot messes...until we found the beach.....where we through rocks and walked in the cold lake...... then we walked some more until we came to the water park.....were we played some more....it was an awesomely tiring day that ended with dinner at the Old Spagetti Factory!!!

Happy Father's Day to a great day and all dads that I know and love!

Toopy and Binoo

Toopy and Binoo is a kids show seen on Treehouse. "Toupie et Binou" was the original title of the children books collection written by Dominique Jolin. The same collection appeared in English under the title "Washington and Deecee". Binoo then appeared in a small series of his own. Treehouse and Spectra Animation then brought them to television, both in English and French version, dubbing their English names to "Toopy and Binoo".
Adrien LOVES Toopy and Binoo.....he will stop EVERYTHING as soon as he hears the theme songs.....guess what? Toopy and Binoo are going on tour! http://www.toopyandbinooontour.com/ AND ADRIEN IS GOING! He has NO idea yet....and in fairness, it's not until September so telling him now would be crazy! Hubby is taking the night off work, and our little family is going to a performance at our local theatre! He's going to LOVE IT!!!!!!

This is the 199th post.....thought it would be a good picture update! Days seem to be melting into each other.....days are getting longer as is the chore list....with the warmer weather, we are outside....playing with the neighbours, bike riding or at parks....getting home in time for snack, bath and bed.....☻☺♥
