Post Placement Depression
Struggling a little bit right now....did some research.....thankfully, after reading this article I feel normal.
You are sooooo normal!!! Post Placement Depression was something that we spoke about extensively with the SW - I had no idea that it existed but apparently it is very common.
I remember having a touch of it with Adrien and this time I know I have it. But I have faith that once the routines are established and things back to normal everything will be rainbows and unicorns again. Lol
